Who we are

SC4 Training Manager is a business tool for gyms and personal trainers to manage athletes, training sessions, and related data.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, role, password (stored hashed), optional profile photo.
• Athlete data: contact details, goals, medical notes, training history — entered by your gym or trainer.
• Usage data: sessions, exercises, templates, progression records linked to your gym account.
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and security), browser type when you use the app.

How we use data

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce gym-level access controls, and maintain security. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & security

Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by our cloud providers. Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted by role and gym tenancy. No system is 100% secure — use a strong password and report suspected issues to your administrator.

Third parties

If you connect Google Calendar, Google processes calendar data under Google's privacy policy. Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact your gym administrator or the platform operator to exercise these rights.

Retention

Data is kept while your account or gym subscription is active. Deactivated trainer accounts and soft-deleted athletes may be retained for operational and legal purposes until removed by an administrator.
