Acceptance

By using SC4 Training Manager you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a gym or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

The service

SC4 provides software for managing athletes, training sessions, exercises, and related gym operations. Features may change over time. Accounts are provisioned by your gym administrator unless self-registration is explicitly enabled.

Your responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Enter accurate athlete and session information you are authorised to process.
• Obtain appropriate consent before storing medical or health-related notes about athletes.
• Comply with applicable laws (including data protection and employment rules in your jurisdiction).

Not medical advice

SC4 is training management software, not a medical device or clinical record system. Medical fields are for trainer reference only. Always follow qualified medical guidance for injuries and return-to-play decisions.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other gyms' data, probe or attack the platform, upload malicious content, or misuse the API. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or training decisions made using the software. Your gym remains responsible for coaching and athlete welfare.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes should be communicated by your administrator or platform operator.
